Telehealth Appointments

Is it time to put yourself first?

It's not that long ago that telehealth was the only type of appointment we could offer and we love being able to see our clients in-person again.

Face-to-face appointments are preferable in most situations, but we know that life can get busy and sometimes circumstances out of our control can get in the way of our own self-care.

Busy work schedules, children's schedules, caring for family members, and physical challenges are just some of the obstacles that make it difficult to come into the practice and get support with your mental health.

We want to help you put yourself first.

That's why we've decided to keep telehealth appointments and are expanding our clinician team, who all offer telehealth support, so we can be there when you need us.
