Booking options

To book an appointment for therapy or assessments at our Randwick practice, you can call us or send an online enquiry.

You’ll have a short conversation with our friendly reception team (about 5–10 minutes) to understand what you need and make a thoughtful match with the most appropriate clinician for your needs.

If you phone us, we’ll chat then and there. If you enquire online, our team will call you back.

What we’ll ask about (briefly):

  • what you’re seeking help with (e.g. anxiety, burnout, ADHD/ASD assessment)

  • age group (child, adolescent, adult) and any preferences (e.g. days/times)

  • appointment format (in-person or telehealth appointments are available for therapy, assessments are in-person only)

  • practicals like Medicare referrals, GP mental health plans, or private health

What happens next:

  • we recommend the best-fit clinician based on expertise and availability

  • we confirm fees, rebates, and next available appointment times

  • you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for your first visit

The nearest parking available is in the Royal Randwick Shops Underground Parking, accessible from Avoca Street.

Bus: Route 374 goes from Central station to the Alison Road stop, being a 5-minute walk from the office.
