Aperture Psychology is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our growing Sydney-based practice.
This is a salaried senior role designed for a clinician who values depth of work, strong professional support, and the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the development of others.

You will:
Deliver high-quality assessment and therapy
Work alongside the directors to provide mentoring and clinical guidance to early-career psychologists
Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and clinical rigour
Work within a collaborative team that values depth over throughput
2 days per week, with the possibility for extension
This role offers a genuine opportunity to step into a senior, leadership-oriented position within a supportive and well-structured practice.
