Group Clinical Supervision for Psychologists
A high-calibre space for clinical growth
Led by practice director and award-winning mentor Peter Walker, the Aperture Clinical Supervision program offers a rare blend of clinical depth, professional warmth, and community.
Designed for both early-career and experienced psychologists, it’s a place to bring your complex cases, your stuck points, and your questions - and feel supported, not scrutinised.
A professional home base for clinicians who care about doing the work well
Professional development in clinical psychology doesn't stop being hard after university. The real work — the doubt, the ethical grey areas, the risk of burnout, and the genuine desire to keep growing — continues throughout your career.
This program is designed for exactly that. Whether you're navigating complex presentations, trying to expand into a new treatment modality, or simply looking for a space to think clearly about your practice, this is a group built around the challenges that actually matter.
This isn't a checkbox program. It's a place to be challenged thoughtfully, held to high standards, and met with warmth.

Program Fees & Inclusions
-
Joining the program involves a commitment to either 6 or 10 sessions, paid upfront to secure your place in the group. This structure supports continuity and group cohesion while offering the flexibility to claim CPD over several months.
-
Sessions run for 60 minutes each month via a secure Telehealth platform, providing convenience and consistency for busy professionals, whether you’re working remotely, in private practice, or balancing other roles.
-
Each session follows a clear framework, including rotating case presentations, shared clinical challenges, and reflective practice discussions. This balance of structure and peer learning supports both skill development and meaningful professional reflection.
-
We keep groups small - never more than three participants - so everyone has space to share, receive feedback, and build professional trust. This format allows for deeper engagement and personalised input in every session.
-
You’ll receive documentation after each session that meets CPD requirements. This includes attendance confirmation and a reflective log summary to support your record keeping.
-
Want to build your learning beyond the group? Peter can recommend further readings, trainings, or CPD opportunities tailored to your clinical interests and developmental goals.
This is a space where your ideas are taken seriously, where you can speak openly and where clinical supervision feels like something to look forward to.
