Education for Clients

About this resource hub

At Aperture Psychology, we're committed to designing a safe, supportive, and tailor-made experience that guides you toward enriched mental health and overall well-being. Our philosophy centers on empowering you to become your own psychologist rather than creating ongoing therapy dependency.

This section of our website serves as your educational resource hub - a one-stop-shop to access valuable psychological insights and practical tools that complement your mental health journey.

We believe that education is the foundation of lasting psychological wellbeing, and we've developed several ways below for you to engage with our evidence-based approach.

Educational resources tailored for your unique journey

When you work with one of our clinicians, you will get access to resources specific to your own mental health journey that you can use between sessions.

Your clinician will ensure you understand how to use any resources supplied and will follow up with you on how you have applied them in subsequent sessions.
