About Jenny

Jenny is a warm and gentle Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting adults across a broad range of presentations. She holds a combined Master of Psychology (Clinical) and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of New South Wales, where she also graduated with first-class honours in Psychology. She is a recipient of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists Student Award and holds an Associate Conjoint Lecturer appointment at UNSW. Jenny is also a Board-Approved Supervisor

Jenny's clinical background includes nearly four years at the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) at St Vincent's Hospital, where she delivered evidence-based individual therapy for adults presenting with anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression. She has also worked within community mental health for adults presenting with long-term personality vulnerabilities and trauma histories. She holds an active research profile, with publications spanning digital mental health, anxiety, and perinatal wellbeing.

Jenny believes that each person carries a unique history, shaped by their experiences, relationships, and the challenges they've faced along the way. Whether it's persistent worry, painful relationship patterns, or a sense of being stuck, Jenny's first priority is creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood and less alone. She takes the time to understand each person's unique history, current challenges, and strengths.

Jenny works from an integrative framework drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, and interpersonal approaches. She is particularly passionate about OCD, as well as longer-term therapeutic work. By developing a genuine understanding of how the past has shaped the present, Jenny aims to help her clients cultivate greater self-compassion, new insights, and the skills to live freer and more meaningful lives.
