Andrea draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy principles, Compassion‑Focused Therapy, Mindfulness‑based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. She also has experience adapting therapy for neurodiverse clients and is committed to creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
